On November 4, 2017, Chongqing Science and Technology Commission and the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture signed "Chongqing-Hungary Strategic Cooperation on Agricultural Science and Technology Memorandum"; Chongqing Hi-Tech Incubation Center and Hungarian Bay Zoltan Non-profit Ltd for Applied Research jointly signed the“Declaration of Establishment of Chinese-Hungarian Technology Transfer Center (Chongqing)". Ms. Andrea GULYAS, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Lóránd DIÓSSI, Consul General of Hungary in Chongqing, AI Yang, Deputy Secretary General of the Chongqing Government attended the signing ceremony.

The signing of the " Strategic Cooperation Memorandum " and the "Declaration of establishment" marked the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between Chongqing and Hungary. In the future, the two sides will carry out in-depth and all-round exchanges and cooperation in the fields of modern agriculture, IT software applications, water environmental protection and smart city development, which contributes to the development of science and technology between China and Hungary.
