He has rich experience in industry university research, combined with profound expertise in polymer processing technologies such as injection molding and extrusion, material testing and metrology laboratory management capabilities, as well as successful practices in industrial project coordination and school enterprise cooperation. Before joining von Neumann University, he held technical management positions such as manufacturing engineer in manufacturing industries such as Thomas&Betts and DeltaPlast, and has been engaged in teaching, research, and industry cooperation in plastic processing technology at von Neumann University for a long time. Dr. Bata holds a PhD in Transportation and Vehicle Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics (2022) and a Master's degree in Materials Engineering (Polymer Technology Direction) from Miskolc University.
