The Declaration of Establishment of the Chinese-Hungarian Technology Transfer Center (Chongqing) was singed on November 4th, 2016. Under the joint witness of Liu Guiping, the Vice Mayor of Chongqing Municipality and Péter Szijjártó, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Chongqing office was officially declared open on May 16th, 2017. And on November 30th, 2017, the plaque of Budapest office was officially unveiled, witnessed by Monszpart Zsolt, the Vice President for Innovation and General Affairs of National Research, Development and Innovation Office, Csutora Zsolt, Deputy Secretary of State, Lei Hongmei, Chief of Science and Technology Section of Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Hungary and so on. Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau and Chongqing Hi-Tech Incubation Center are in charge of Chongqing office. Hungarian National Trading House and Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd. for Applied Research are in charge of Budapest office.


Chinese-Hungarian Technology Transfer Center (Chongqing) works under the mechanism that the Chinese government and the Hungarian government provide platforms and professional institutions provide services. By using the technology transfer mode that from one point to the whole area, Chongqing office can work together with Budapest office to promote the transfer and transformation of technical talents, technologies, capital and industrialization of both sides. We are dedicated to pushing forward international technology transfer progress by exploring guidelines of "from one platform to the whole coverage, from one link to the whole transfer line and from one center to several branch centers". Adhering to "co-consulting, co-establishing and sharing" principles, we extensively cooperate with talents in political field, educational field, commercial field, science and technology field from both Chinese and Hungarian sides. The entire Chinese-Hungarian technology transfer cooperation network is based on "Internet +" concept so as to cultivate professional technology transfer institutions and talents and to build a service and information platform of transnational technology transfer with efficiency, practicability and comprehensiveness. We deeply dig into strategic development needs from both countries in order to provide Chinese and Hungarian enterprises and related institutions with professional supplementary services.
